warped crank damper

Hey gang. I was trying to figure out where I'm getting a vibration noise and
feel when I'm downshifting and/or coasting while in gear. I looked at the
crank balancer/damper and noticed that is not straight. It vibrates pretty
good. Is that thing repairable? Has anyone ever gotten one straightened and
balanced? Also, I was able to remove it with my air gun and noticed that 2 of
the Allen screws are stripped.  Are they interchangeable with any other I5
motors? Its off of my 85 urq.
