[NAC] France trip suggestions

Wife and I are headed to London and France at the end of August for a
week or two vacation. I need to be in Montpellier on the 2nd of
September for a conference, so we'll be travelling around before then.

We wanted some information on visiting the Provence area. I saw that
Eurostar was running from London to Avignon for $188 return, which
seemed like a nice deal. Of course, car rental will be top priority once
getting to Avignon.

Any suggestions for anything while we are in the area? London, too, but
we are much more familiar with that area.
