Need help pulling Pilot Bearing and Input shaft seal on 5KCSQ

Greetings listers,
I am replacing the clutch on my 87 5KCSQ and have the parts to replace the =
Pilot Bearing in the crank shafdt and the input shaft seal on the tranny.  =
Only I dont know how to get them out without a complete teardown.

Any BTDTs that could help me?
