Dual beam HID notification request

Finally somebody comes out with real HIDs that will fir my CGT! I wonder if things would be better or worse if I put HID bulbs in my stock DOT lenses on my CGT? Would the poor design of the reflector and lens cause huge amounts of glare? Would I be blinding others (assume they are aimed properly). Would DOT lenses with HIDs possibly be BETTER than E-code w/ halogen bulbs? I'd LOVE to have real HIDs for her. Any thoughts?
