engine compression q's

i think ive just answered my own question, both engines are listed at 10:1
compression, therefore the area above the piston is 10% of the swept volume
of the cylinder:
NG = 46.18 cc
KV= 44.52
Also the difference between ng and kv is on the bore, therefore i must have
a 2226cc motor
the swept volume of 1 cylinder is 445.2cc
445.2/46.18 = 9.64:1

Does this sound right? and is this compression ratio any more use for
turbocharging, (my gut tells me 7psi is attainable)  any thoughts?
