Bad Thermostat?

Thanks for the response.
I do think the car reaches normal operating temps as the oil temp gets up to
between 200 & 225 F, but I do suspect a problem with the thermostat
regardless.
If this is the result of a defective part that they installed, I suppose I
can't exactly blame the dealer, although this is the 4th time I will have to
go back to them since I originally had it in for service.  The other 3 times
was for stuff they did screw up - including the inexcusable cross threading
of a wheel lug bolt.
