Stuck rear lid key

I first want to thank everyone for offering their solutions/symphaty on my
stuck key problem. On my '88 80Q I was able to remove the rear seat and ski
sack, now I have a 6" x 12" hole to work thru, I can see the cover over the
latch rods and the Phillips head screw to remove in order to get at the rods.
I will have to put off this project until next Monday because I am going on
vacation, but will attack it next week, will let you know how it went.
