Who Yields?

There are places quite a bit worse than Seattle in the same state. The
funny thing is we have some police just for agressive driving offenders.
4-way stops are backed up by people waiting for each other, or sit there
waiting for you to stop (even tho you are a block away and clearly going to
stop) untill you fully stop. Green sometimes means go after you finish your
makeup. People drive all the way up an onranp at 35 and don't accelerate to
freeway speeds untill they are on the freeway, not able to merge.
Had to vent from Spokane

I like going to Seattle where people drive much better than here.
