I quite like it, pretty modern and yet not revolutionary which is what
buyers of these cars want (and which is why BMW went wrong with the 7).
It's the corporate look but it's still fresh, though pretty watered-down
from the spectacular Avantissimo.
I think the nav screen in the top of the dash looks a little cheap, but
it's probably easier to see than the old version with the screen down low.

No FWD version for this A8 (good!) and no other engines than petrol 3.7 and
4.2 yet, I guess the 2.5 and 3.3 TDI will be the big sellers here in
Europe. Glad they've ditched the 2.8, it was a bad choice for the A8. I
still haven't spotted a W12 A8 on the streets here yet, looks like nobody's
brave enough to buy one with fuel prices this high.
