HELP hydraulic pump

I had a problem with my brakes and power steering. I traced it back to the hydraulic pump. There is a definite leak from the top of the pump. Underneath a "plus" shaped screw cap is a seal that must be leaking. Anyway, a few other listers said that a rebuild kit for the hydraulic pump from a 1991 200 would do the job. I looked into it and the 20v and 10v have different kits. Which one to use? So then I called the dealer, and low and behold, they actually have a kit for my 1990 90 20v, at double the price. So then I called a local parts place and they found a kit for a plane jane 1990 90. My question is: Does anyone have experience rebuiliding hydraulic pumps. More specifically 90 20v pumps. If so which kit should i use? I really appreciate any advice. I was all set to order the kit today but now I am quite confused.
