Get them from your local VW/Audi dealership. Ask for part number 037 133
155.
I did this about 3 months ago and I'm still waiting. They're about $3 a
piece.
If you're looking to save some cash then keep an eye out on eBay for
Ford Motorsport injectors, they're made by Bosch. You can get used ones
on eBay for a song sometimes. I didn't do that, I opted for new items as
I was a bit worried about getting used items and still having to pay
some extra money to have them cleaned.
Some other listers also informed me to look out for some websites for
racers, there are usually classified/advertisement sections where you'll
find some interesting stuff, including well-priced injectors.
I currently have five 550cc/min (52 lb/hr?) Lucas injectors (made by
Bosch) with no darn inserts to fit them into! :P :)

The CIS inserts in the head take a allen head socket for removal. I
can't recall the size, but either 7mm or 10mm.
Also, another question for those in the know. There is a brown plastic
insert under the CIS inserts, can I leave this in place when putting in
the EFI inserts and injectors or should it be removed?
And while on the topic of injectors, can anyone tell me where I buy some
brand new Bosch connectors for their injectors? I'm not interested in
"cut 'n paste" right now.
