HELP hydraulic pump

Having BTDT with my 90 CQ 20 pump and dinking around with various other
pumps at the junkyard, I Do believe the 10v and 20v pumps are different.
The Bentley has different instructions for both of them as well so I would
recommend just ordering up the rebuild kit for the correct pump.
For the most part, the rebuild was very simple. Take the pump apart and
clean everything. Re-install in reverse order of removal, using Pentosin to
lubricate all the gaskets you install. The "plus-shaped" plugs require a
"drag-link socket" because (at least in my case) even with my largest
screwdriver I could not get enough torque to loosen them.
When faced with the prospect of replacing the pump ($400 for rebuilt unit)
or rebuilding the pump ($60) I think that the cost of the seal kit is 100%
worth it.... Oh, and even in my novice hands, the pump is 100% function and
has no leaks after 5k miles, so everything looks good so far :)
