I was trying to go light on him. If you camp in the left lane and notice
faster traffic and get out of the way, that's not the best situation, but
it's at least polite. If you don't notice them until they scream past you
on the right you are driving inattentivly (which is against the law)
I don't care what the state laws are. There is a thing called courtesy.
Staying to the right when possible is being courteous. (in this country)
