Tom,
I didn't make it to Holland this trip but a visit many
years ago (1987) left me with the impression that the
driving was disciplined there as well. Sure you
couldn't go flat out on the autobahn, but 120-130 kph
was no problem as long as you kept an eye out for cops
(those guys with helmets driving the Porsche 911s,
thats taking safety to extreme, do they still do that
?)
