ETKA problem

[Suffolk GameServer LAN]

My ETKA (no idea what version) has a read me text file that describes what
to do when "Hardlock not found warning is encountered.  I use Win 2000.
Some of the functions cannot be cancelled - the program can only be shut
down or turned off by control-alt-del and then ending task.  Probably a
copy.
Just an FYI.  The program seems to be for constnt dealer use and never
turned off.

I got the ETKA  5.30 CD Full Version...but i can not use it on WinXp Pro!
I always got "Hardlock not found!"
What can I do to make it to work under WinXP???
