The reason it is "starred" is so that the torque wrench can be parrellel with
2079.  Which it must be to get an accurate torque reading.

odd hole in the handle of the 2079 accepts a 3/4" drive.  So you could use
it with a 3/4" drive torque wrench.  Or a 3/4" drive breaker bar.  It's an
odd hole because it's made to accept the 3/4" drive at several different
angles.  Kind of like those famous Audi triple square bolts, eh?
