power window switch

Front left window seems to have a mind of its own and sometimes works and s=
ometimes doesn't.   I suspect I have a loose wire or maybe the switch needs=
 replacing.  Not sure how to get the switch out and sure don't want to brea=
k any of that expensive german plastic - I would appreciate some advice.
