Roadtrip to pick up car. May need help along the way. Anyone?

Listers,
I am taking a trip down to Birmingham, Alabama this weekend to pick up a 86
5000TQ. I pretty sure the car will make it but I want to have a  saftey net
if I should happen to run into some problems along the way.

What I'm wondering is if anyone who lives along Int. 65 would be willing to
help out if the car should happen to break down? I will be leaving from
southern Birmingham on Saturday afternoon and traveling north towards
Michigan. I will take INT. 65 all the way to Indinapolis. At Indy I will
probably take US 31 north. It looks like I will be going past the cities of
Birmingham, Nashville, Louisville, Indy, South Bend, etc...

If any listers live close to 65(or 31) and would be willing to help, please
email me at ankneys at hotmail.com. Give me your name, phone/cell number and
area that you live, etc.

Hopefully I won't need help but it doesn't hurt to have as many backup plans
as possible...
