Timing Belt Change

Hi Audifans.

It is time to change the timing belt on my 86 4K CSQ.
I do not have the tools to hold the crankshaft pully
or the camshaft while taking the bolt of the
crankshaft or the nut of the camshaft pully.  Are
these tools available from an after-market place or do
people use other means for getting the bolt and nut
off??  any suggestions will be welcomed.  Thanks in
advance.
