Waterfest Report (and UrS bodykit report)

Hi folks-
I guess I missed any listers who were at the show last Sunday-
didn't see any postings about any gatherings, oh well.

Excellent show compared to last year- parking was much easier, the
show area was positively huge!

I estimated 500 cars shown or in the exhibition parking spaces.

Highlights-

-The dark blue Rallye Golf from the shop in Kentucky, never was able
to find it parked, damn.

-The Zermatt Silver UrQ w/ 3B conversion and a huge turbo, custom Tial
wastegate and exhaust header, have pics of that car.

-The AWE Tuning S4tts- Todd's beautiful black Avant, a customer's (an
ALMS racer?!?) silver S4tt, and Mark's insane silver S4tt (500hp, 12s
1/4 mi.).

-Mk.3 Golf VR6 running mid-12s 1/4s all motor.

-Mk.1 Golf running high-11s 1/4s w/ a HUGE turbo.

-Any number of very clean Mk.2 Golf VR6 conversions. (I just like Mk.2s)

For James Murray and others interested in bodykits, there was a red UrS4
there with the Seidl or Reiger "RS2 look" bodykit, I have photos, can
email-
pls. email me directly so I can send them. I'd put them up on a website,
but
I don't have a site built.
