'84 5k headliner retrofit??

I'd like to know how to remove the molded headliner too! I have a '84 5kt
w/ a good one, and the '85 is sagging and missing pieces. I'd love to put
the older version in cuz I like things that last and I actually like the
looks. I'd really appreciate more info on this!!
