why not do it yourself, now that you know exactly what to expect?
Then, clean the rust out of the new control arms, and off the ball
joints you are going to use, get a little anti-seize on them to slow
down the new rust, reassemble and crawl sideways (hah!) to an alignment
appointment...
One last note, the control arm bolts (thru the bushings) must be torqued
with the weight of the car on the wheels, to avoid twisting the bushings
and destroying them prematurely. This is true for rubber ones, might be
true for the urethane ones you have, too.
