need help in electrical measurements(ISV)

I forgot to mention that I tried to do it on a cold engine rather then 80C
as recommended.  It is not that I forgot about it  but just tried to measure
the current first on a cold engine.  Just curiosity.  Does it help to find
explanation for 0L. reading?
