90tq Oil Pressure, Can't Prime Oil Pump

I have oil pressure!  I took the pressure switch out and connected a hose to
the opening to verify that oil was being pumped and it was.  When I put the
switch back in and cranked the engine the switch opened, verifying at least
0.3 bar of pressure.
