Hey gang!

Today I went for a 30km drive with the beast and it drives beautifully...
I've added a pair of chips in the ECU in order to lower the fuel
consumption somehow and it's superb! 1.5-1.7 Bar overboost pressure in 4th
and in 5th is absolutely insane!!!! The throttle response has got nothing
to do with the old KV engine and when you want the power, you got it!
Accelerating from 100km/h to 160 km/h (60 to 100 mph) is sooooo quick that
I'd better invest in a radar detector pretty soon :))))

I've noticed some stumbling after a spirited acceleration, especially the
idle gets messy but I think this is chip related so tomorrow I'll swap the
stock chips back in (:((((((( )and go for another testing session.... Now I
can't wait till I have the nice MTM chips in the ECU and the urq IC because
now the ECU doesn't really like the high intake temps it gets after a few
accelerations...

I'll let you all know how this works out and I'll also post the pictures on
my newtsplace hosting (thanks Nate!!!!) as soon as they are scanned!

Later,

Mihnea, more than happy 20vt driver!
