Conversion to Power Seats in a 1989 80Q

I am looking to upgrade the seats in my 80Q to a set of sport seats.  Ideally I would be able to find a maunal set of sport seats, but I have found a set of power seats.

Seeing how all the controls - except memory - are in the seat itself could this be as simple as just connecting them to power ?  I'm pretty sure the answer will be no, but I had to ask anyway)
