Warbling water pump??

It is probably the pump. I have had this issue on 3 different pumps. I was
tighening them too tight. Loosen it slightly. You can do this in about 3
minutes. Loosen the clamping bolt, and with a hammer and a long drift or tire
iron, tap the pump down gently. Careful not to loosen too much. If the noise
goes away and returns later, I think the pump needs replacing. If these pumps
run tight too long, the bearing goes south and will be noisy till you "bin
it".
