Nope, the '86+ T44's are a different beast under the hood (KH motor, not
the MC). Don't know if much under the '83 will help out at all in your
'86. The turbo is oil cooled only as opposed to your oil+water cooled
version, and I'm pretty sure most all the hydraulics are different too,
but not positive.
