You should be able to use the following, to the best of my recall:

door handles
battery
radio
wheels, if you like the look
*maybe* the brake calipers, they're just single pistons, but they are
partly aluminum.
cigarette lighters

and there is a nice little boost gauge that you might be able to custom
mount in your car.

In other words, it would be a waste of money, space and effort - it's
better off as a whole car for a little while longer.
