I'm using the Vision Plus, and they seem to be a bit whiter than normal
halogens. They also last longer than the Hella H4+30 bulbs. Note that
the Vision Plus bulbs DO NOT have the cheesy blue tint.

Everything I've read states that you should run away from any headlight
bulbs with a blue tint on it, as it will actually reduce the amount of
usable light.
