Lost my kitty?!

Hey guys,
This'll probably make some of you laugh...
Last night I went drag racing (nothing worth talking about) Anyway when I
parked the car last night everything was in fine shape.
This morning I go to start it up and it's making noise like when I pull the
cutout plate off. Anyway I look under the car, and the cat is laying on the
ground! I'm sure I'm the ONLY one here that has ever had something so
ludicrous happen...it was quiet as ever last night when I parked it, today
the cat is on the ground, unbolted, with the doughnut missing. I was tempted
to put it back on the car, but I figure maybe it'll put itself back on, I
mean hell it got itself off!
