Eibach springs questions

Fellow listers,
I've found a pretty good deal on Eibach springs from Germany (150 Euros a
set, that's CHEAP!) and I'd like to know if someone has ever tried to use
type 89 quattro springs on an urq...
My neighbor and RR urq owner would like such a set but apparently I can
only get type 89q springs... According to the TÜV papers sold with the
springs, the type 89q springs are rated for a maximum weight of 950 kilos
per axle and his RR 20v urq has a maximum allowance of 1000 kilos for the
front axle and 990 kilos for the rear axle.
Does anyone know if there's a danger of some sort putting those type 89q
springs in his car or not?
Thanks for any input!
Mihnea
