Actually, even some european Coupe GTs and Coupe
quattros had that fuel light, a friend of me told me
that he had had an 86 CGT that had this feature and
the light would go on when the level was really low,
like "you have 200 meters to the filling station left"
:)))
So apparently it's not US-spec...
