5k tq susp and turbo upgrade questions

I am in the process of getting parts for my upgrades and wondering if I
can get some advice. The car is an Olympic Edition 88 5k tq.

1. I am getting my ECU chipped with the waste gate spring from Scott at SJM.
2. Springs and struts. What are the good combos, prices, sources
(particularly in Canada)
3. RS2 turbo and 91 20 valve single pass intercooler. Seems like it's a
bigger problem to get them (here) than I thought. Any ideas, options?
4. I found a set of Tresser wheels, that fit 245 wide tires. How good
are those rims? What are they worth?
5. I am going to need to roll the fenders. Anybody has done it
successfully on a 5k model?
