Automatic door locks?

Although not 100% sure, I'm fairly certain it can be programmed with a VAG-COM. I KNOW it can be in my 1998 VW Passat...

I know that something can be done through the dealership on 2002 A4's that
will cause the buttons to go down automatically when the car reaches a speed
of 15 miles per hour.  Does anyone know if this option is available for a
1998 A4?
