No, once the sidewall is compromised, you have to replace the tire.
If it was a pothole that caused the damage, you may be able to get
reimbursed
by the city/state authority responsible for maintaining the road.

Subject: Can tire sidewall damage be repaired?

Has anyone here had any luck repairing sidewall damage to tires? I hit
a pothole and it ruptured the tire, which is a pity, as the set only has
20k miles on them. Or do I have to replace 'em all?
Cheers!
