Anyone know the acceptable circular run out for 16" Tires

i had a similar issue with the 4kq.
i had some new falkens put on the front and had improper hubcentric rings
that modified to fit.
i had no shaking before the new tires were installed. now a terrible shake
above 60mph.
i got new lugs, new hub centric rings, and rebalance at more than one location.
i finally threw in the towel as i had to leave town and drove 1300 miles on
these, it was now fun.
probably prevented citations though. when i got to my destination, i
swapped out the tires with some
good used kumhos my buddy had in his garage, I mounted and balanced these.
low and behold no more shaking whatsoever.
when i returned home a month or so later i put the falkens back on,
still no shaking. turned out one of the rear tires (a general POS) was the
root of the problem.
i would narrow down which tire(s) are causing the issue.
i did this by jacking the front end and spinning the wheel and seeing which
side the shaking was coming from.
bottom line, one or all of the tires are probably bad, someone may have
flat spotted them or broken a cord
by hitting a pothole or curb of some sort.
let us know what happens.
