I found a metal heater valve today at a NAPA store in St Paul. It doesn't
list the manufacturer on the box or the part. The only identification is BK
661410. By the way, the valve doesn't look anything like the original
plastic unit (which may be good).
The valve is a metal vacuum servo combined with a tubular sliding valve. The
inlet and outlet connections are not lined up but are staggered. The price
was ~ $30 compared to less than $20 I was quoted at another store for the
plastic unit.
