vibration at 3.5k rpm

After replacing my oil pan, I put a new Audi oil filter on, put in new oil
and thought everything was good.

Afterwards, when the engine gets up to 3500 or 4000 rpm it makes an odd
vibration. If any of you use an electric toothbrush that is what the
vibration feels like. This vibration occurs whenever the engine gets up to
those rpms, with the vehicle moving or not. It will do it in every gear.

I am curious as to what could cause that.
