head & cam numbers

My WX URQ has a head with the number 035 103 373 G. The cam has a number
visible through the fill hole of 035, and on the opposite side of the shaft
shows
                    W
                 GERM.
I have acquired a head (thanks to a very generous lister) stamped 035 103 373
AD, that has a cam with the same front number on it.
Anyone know what sources these numbers indicate? What numbers are shown on
Shrick cams? The FA doesn't reference anything similar.
