Brady,
The '86 4kq uses 2.2L of oil in the trans/front/center diffs.
Page 3 in the General section in the front of the Bentley gives the trans
codes that correspond to manufacture dates.  The trans #s given in Ch. 34 p.
1 indicate the switch to the lower capacity began with trans manufactured on
Aug. 13, 1984.
