BG engine treatment - opinions?

I know their 44K fuel injector cleaner works well, but a local shop
offers their full service kit for $49.99, installed.  There is a
throttle body cleaner, and something they suck in via an intake line to
remove carbon deposits from the valves, etc.  I've heard good things
about this treatment, but how useful would be be on an Audi engine,
specifically the 3B 20vt motor?
