4kq lifter noise update

Hi All,

400km ago I switched to Mobil 1 15W50 in an attempt to be nice to my 4kq and
to stop lifter noise (no pump rod). Well, the weather hasn't gotten any
warmer, so the conditions are the same, but the lifters have definitely
quieted down. They're still audible, quite loud for 1-2 seconds on first
start of the day. Overall much better.

Any idea if they're likely to get even better as the synth cleans out the
gunk? Or has it already done its thing?
