I wasn't smart enough to get the phone number and it doesn't seem to be
listed.  We agreed on a price Apr. 28, I sent the parts on the 29th and he
said he mailed a money order on the 30th.  He acknowledged receipt (by
e-mail) in good condition (new parts in boxes, well packaged) on May 13.
Expressed surprise on May 22 that I hadn't received payment and would cancel
MO and send new.  May 31 apologized that he had been busy with work and
would re-send the next day.  Hasn't replied to e-mails since.
