I suspect a bad switch in the drivers side for that window. That's
where the power comes from. Try swapping it with one of the others and
see what happens.

There should be two circuit breakers in the aux relay panel, little
silver things about 1" by 1/2" by 1/4". I *think* one is for the
sunroof and one for the windows.
There is also probably a control unit that governs all window and
sunroof power to allow them to run after the key is out until a door is
opened, but I doubt that is the problem.
