Two bad new fuel pumps?

I second it. I tried to get rid of the sound last weekend. Took out the pump hoping to see
something irregular. Mash is clean, sits in place but small piece of plastic bracket holding rubber
bushing is broken making this bushilg be softer then 2 others. Nothing changed after installation of
new bracket. On one of my 200 '89 it buzzes on another one it is silent like dead. Both working
fine.
