Paul Royal posted an excellent message long, long time ago for how to
build a 20v NA exhaust made up of DIY stuff; he goes into a lot of
detail on why things were picked, problems, etc... Total price for
EVERYTHING was under your $450 figure if I recall...something like
$270? Give the archive search a whirl; if you come up empty handed,
let me know and I'll track it down.

For less than one new injector, you can have them flushed, re-sealed
if necessary, blueprinted, and balanced. Good as new...and pretty
much 1/5th the cost of replacing the injectors.

I purchased Magnecore wires for my car; the plug connectors fit the
20v head perfectly, and I -think- they were significantly cheaper,
but it's been so long I don't honestly remember. Fit is perfect(I
bought the thinnest wire, everything fits under the cover.)

Fumoto Valve. I think I still have the 1/2 drive/14mm allen key
driver somewhere. Took me a week to find one locally, although
snapon or similar could source it immediately I'm sure. Oh, and BTW,
yes, it's normal for that plug to be #$%#! hard to remove, even
torqued properly. I used to have to use a short length of
pipe...every time.

Hmm. I think you're right on this one. I've seen the 20v NA engine
compartment. It makes my 200q20v's compartment look luxurious and
roomy :-)
