Actually, it will put the UrQ into Street Modified. You'll still get
hammered, and the PAX is pretty unforgiving in this class.

All the upgrades you have mentioned will bump you into E-modified, with
the open-wheel race cars. You'll really get hammered then. If you are
looking for a competitive car, get a GTI. If you just want to make your
urq faster, have at it and enjoy.
