Stereo Woes

Well, you can go 4" in front if you don't mind trimming. As for lager than 4" up front, you have to go to custom pods in the door or kick panel. Kick panel would sound much better. As for 6x9s in the rear shelf, yet you can do it. My CGT (same rear shelf) has 6x9s. It came with crappy Kracko (sp?) 6x9s which I replaced with nice Blau 6x9s. You DO have to cut the thin sheet metal below the cardboard rear deck to make them fit, but a hack saw would work well. The PO of my car appeared to have used tin snips as the cuts are terrible, but it worked...

Aah yes... the neverending quest for better sound in the 4kq begins.
First, a little background:
I currently run a Blaupunkt Miami Beach to two Blau 6.5" and two factory
speakers (don't laugh)

My goal is to eventually have a very tight system that can be blasted if
I so desire. So the questions:

1. Is it possible to put 5.25" mids anywhere in the front?
2. What about 6x9" in the rear shelf?
3. How do you get those front speaker grills off?
4. Has anybody had any experience with Nakamichi decks, or have any
other recommendations for a deck that doesn't just scream Honda (read
AMBER ILLUMIATION)

thanks a lot
