Re: A/C R134 retrofit from prev. R12 = poor performance..any ideas?

I'd find a new mechanic. If your R12 system broke you need to fix the problem before converting. I have done three conversion to type 44 cars and all have performed flawlessly and have performed just as well with the R12.
